Yoga classes offered two times each day and carried out on our tranquil yoga pavilion, Present Moment instructors will guide you through a series of breathing techniques (pranayama) and gentle stretching and bending postures (asanas), all performed slowly and consciously with a focus on your inner awareness.

8-9am Mindful Guided Meditation
9-11am Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
