Here’s the thing: You don’t have to simply imagine it.
We’ve created this one-of-a-kind experience just for YOU!
Our deadline-driven, non-stop world of competition, hustle, and bottom lines can drive us to extremes. Our tech — as useful as it is — can sap our focus, productivity, creativity, joy, and, ultimately, our impact.
If we desire balance and resiliency in our lives, we must cultivate opportunities to come home to ourselves, to disconnect and recharge. Embracing these opportunities is essential for success in all aspects of how we love, live, and lead.
In order to spend less time on our phones, we need to reclaim our lives in ways that transcend tools and quick tips. This is personal growth that is most powerful when held in community.
In service of this, this retreat is designed for those of you craving spaciousness, ease, deep relaxation, and a chance to empower your personal relationship with tech.
You are invited to join us for this very special, immersive, week-long digital fast and yoga retreat in peaceful Troncones, Mexico.
- Yoga: embody compassionate awareness – on and off the mat
- Meditation: mindfulness is the opposite of distraction, and a key to tech/life balance

- Connection: deeply engage with yourself – and others. Make life-long friends in the process.
- Education: delve into the personal and professional costs of your digital devices
- Empowerment: receive effective tools, resources, and strategies to stay digitally connected on your terms

The charming village is home to a small school, a public library (donated by generous local residents for education of the village’s children), a church, several dry goods outlets and a few other small provisioning services for essential items. All of these are couched within a traditional and tropical Mexican ambience.
