MEDITATION EQ MEDITATION is a simple process allows your meditation practice to meet you where ever YOU are. A ritual of focused breath and intention allows the mind to quiet as you practice the art of being. A series of specialized breaths, sometimes with movement to ignite energy and then a practice in stillness to experience that energy. EQ BREATH is a simple 20minute meditation that brings focused intention into specific breath patterns. The breath charges and opens the mind, body and presence energetically. This is where you begin to experience your own energetic field.
MOVEMENT ENERCHI is an incredibly powerful, fun and inspiring experience, appropriate for all levels. The ancient arts of Yoga and Chi Gung unite. We combine the physical movements (asanas) of yoga with the flow movements of Chi Gung. Chi Gung is the basis of martial arts, directly translating to the mastery of energy. The Yoga opens the body, the Chi Gung fills the body with the energy.DEEP STRETCH class which is simply a specialized series of movements and breath that allow a focused stretch through the entire body.

Today, I’m a mother, a wife, a certified life coach, Reiki Healer & Crystal Energy Healer. Most importantly? I am at peace and loving life! My road to happiness has been a long and difficult one. As a first-generation child to Colombian parents raised in New York, I struggled with anxiety. As an adult, I struggled with PTSD stemming from trauma in my younger years. As a professional working in Corporate America, I struggled with burnout. And as a young mother, I struggled with Postpartum Depression and the transition from career woman to motherhood. In pursuit of a better, more content life for myself and my family, I quit my dream job as a fashion producer for MAC Cosmetics and moved my family to California. It was there that I learned how to heal and find myself again. Now, as a certified life coach, personal trainer, and Reiki energy healer, I feel that it’s my mission to pass the torch and teach peace and balance to others.
