Wellness Counseling Sessions (single or multiple session packages available)

At Present Moment Retreat, our mission is to provide a safe and sacred space to enliven the body, stimulate the mind, express emotions and renew the spirit. As part of your package, you'll receive a 30 minute wellness consultation that is designed to assist you in gaining clarity to create balance in all facets of your life: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Through a holistic approach to wellness, we will help facilitate transformation and release blocks to clear the pathway to inner peace and ease in your life.

1 hr: $75
1 1/2 hr: $100
2 hrs: $120
First 30 minute session is complimentary and included in all packages!
