Jan. 4-11 & 11-18 Yoga Retreat In Paradise
Ted Roseen has been teaching his unique blend of yoga around the Twin Cities for years. This mix of the biomechanics of Iyengar, strong poses and repetition of Ashtanga, and the gentle flow of Vinyasa creates a fun, yet challenging balance for students of any level. As a marathoner, triathlete, and rock climber, Roseen understands the importance of an open body, the benefits of a positive and quiet mind and the powerful resource that is tapped when that open body and quiet mind are connected. He has studied under a number of gurus, including Saraswathi Rangaswamy, daughter of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India and local yogi Dec Barry. Ted was acknowledged for his efforts and abilities in yoga in the Mpls/St.Paul Magazine “Best of the Twins Cities 2007."

Laurie leads packed Zumba classes at Lifetime Fitness and several other locations in Minneapolis that offer a deliriously fun, energy-filled mix of easy-to-follow Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Samba, Cumbia, Bollywood & Latin Pop. Laurie is a music lover and seeks out interesting music, diverging regularly from standard Zumba fare by pulling music from the likes of Juana Molina, Lila Downs, Celia Cruz & more. Laurie adores teaching Zumba; bringing people of all backgrounds together to enjoy movement, laughter, and individually stylized dance while making a huge positive fitness impact in their lives.
