Yoga
Our signature Yoga classes are offered twice daily in our tranquil Yoga Pavilion. Present Moment instructors will guide you through a series of breathing techniques (pranayama) and gentle stretching and bending postures (asanas), all performed slowly and consciously with a focus on your inner awareness.

Pranayama
As part of our Yoga and meditation classes, Pranayama is loosely translated as prana or breath control. The ancient yogis developed many breathing tecniques to maximize the benefits of prana (life force).

Qigong
Qigong is the cultivation of the vital energy called Qi (chee), the force that animates every living being. Present Moment Retreat is able to offer Qigong classes by the sea, thanks to our unique location. Practicing the art of Qigong opens the flow of Qi throughout our bodies, helping to keep us balanced, strengthened, fit, healthy and at peace.

Daily Sample Schedule

Our schedule varies throughout the year depending on the teachers available. Meditation, Vinyasa and Gentle Yoga classes are offered daily.

8 am -8:30 am Mindful Guided Meditation
9 am - 10:30 am Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
1 pm -2 pm Community Class - Dance, Qigong (Chinese Yoga) or Tai Chi
4 pm- 5:30 pm Restorative Yoga
6pm -7 pm Dance Class

**Bodywork and Guided Adventure Tours are also available**
