Our schedule varies throughout the year depending on the teachers available. Meditation, Vinyasa and Gentle Yoga classes are offered daily.
8 am - 8:30 am Mindful Guided Meditation
9 am - 10:30 am Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
1 pm - 2 pm Community Class - Dance, Qigong (Chinese Yoga) or Tai Chi
4pm - 5:30 pm Restorative Yoga
6pm - 7 pm Dance Class
Our signature Yoga classes are offered twice daily in our tranquil Yoga Pavilion. Present Moment instructors will guide you through a series of breathing techniques (pranayama) and gentle stretching and bending postures (asanas), all performed slowly and consciously with a focus on your inner awareness.

Practicing the art of Qigong opens the flow of Qi throughout our bodies, helping to keep us balanced, strengthened, fit, healthy and at peace.
